Work with dealer customers to monitor sales progress and business inventory.
Analyze sales data and market trends to propose stock purchase plans for dealers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Propose sales and marketing policies to help customers grow their businesses.
Develop work plans and reports, and conduct periodic business analysis with direct managers.
Prepare detailed weekly SKU-level forecasts to ensure sufficient product supply for customers.
Frequently visit stores to communicate with sales staff, assess product display, track market trends, and monitor store inventory.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in companies distributing technology products or consumer electronics.
Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Quick to grasp issues and understand customer psychology.
Honest, straightforward, with a professional and mature demeanor.
Persistent and goal-oriented, enjoying challenges.
Highly disciplined, able to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Self-aware of strengths and weaknesses, with clear career goals and commitment to achieving them.
Basic proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
