GMC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Intern to join our dynamic team.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management, project coordination, and reporting within a fast-paced environment.

(50%) Internal : Project Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate with internal team to make sure that deliveries will be sent on time following deadlines;
• Alert problems if any and propose solution to line manager during the projects/ tasks
• Checking and revising the weekly and final project report from supplier reflect on project progress to line manager;
• Arrange the internal meeting & handle paperwork.

(30%) Work with external team

• Working with supplier/vendor to manage and execute tasks on as Account manager required
• Strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environment;
• Participate in internal meetings, contributing to discussions and action item follow-up.

(20%) Others Tasks

• Coordinate with Other team to perform tasks as required by the business.
• Schedule and organize internal meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
• Manage and process project-related paperwork and documentation.
• Assist the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
