• Issue e-invoices;
• Input purchase invoices into the Fast Accounting system;
• Input bank statement details into the Fast Accounting system;
• Declare Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Personal Income Tax (PIT);
• Review and issue contracts;
• Prepare and process payment requests;
• Prepare reports and review Financial Statements (FS) and Profit & Loss Statements (PL).
• Japanese: N3 certification required.
• English: Basic communication skills.
• Experience: At least one year of experience. Proficient in using accounting software (preferably Fast Accounting), familiar with tax declaration using HTKK software, and capable of utilizing Excel functions.
• Gender: Female
• Age: 24–30 years old.
• Characteristics: Hard-working, detail-oriented, and easy-going.
