Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Activities Preparation (50%)

• Following the guidance of the Event Specialist, take charge of producing and assembling high-quality activity materials.
• Support the purchase of raw material.
• Receive the raw material and deliver full set prepared material of activities as directed.
• Purchase and deliver the seasonal decorations to the schools.

2. General Support (30%)

• Store the activities materials to ensure the reusability in the future.
• Assist the delivery and management of the Country Kids&Us Stock as directed.
• Maintain an organized, efficient and safe workspace.

3. Administrative Support (20%)

• Prepare and submit purchase requests, obtain necessary approvals, and issue purchase orders following internal procedures under the instruction of the Event Specialist.
• Compile and submit invoices, delivery receipts, and all relevant payment documentation to Accounts Payable.
