Mô tả công việc

• Develop, train, and optimize computer vision models for object detection, multi-object
tracking, and behavior analysis.
• Implement real-time inference pipelines for video streams and edge device deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, AI researchers, and data
engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Conduct data preprocessing, annotation, augmentation for image and video datasets.
• Research, benchmark, and experiment with the latest deep learning-based CV models (e.g.
YOLOv8, DeepSort, Detectron2).
• Optimize trained models for performance improvements (conversion to ONNX, TensorRT,
quantization).
• Document solutions and communicate findings effectively in English within the project team and
client discussions.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Computer Vision, Object Detection, and Deep Learning projects.
• Strong coding skills in Python and libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas.
• Practical experience in building and fine-tuning models with YOLO (v5/v8), TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with real-time AI inference optimization techniques (ONNX, TensorRT, model pruning/quantization).
• Solid knowledge of image and video processing techniques.
• Ability to read, interpret, and implement AI research papers and new CV model architectures.

Nice-to-have
• Experience with video analytics platforms, surveillance systems, or smart cameras.
• Familiarity with deploying AI solutions on edge devices (Jetson Nano, Jetson Xavier…).
• Contributions to open-source CV/AI projects or AI competitions (Kaggle, AI City Challenge…).
