I. JOB ROLE:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking factories.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients from initial stages to post-sale
· Plan, implement and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Provide expert consultations and presentations in Chinese.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build and maintain strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals in Chinese-speaking market. Develop sales strategies specifically tailored to the demands of Chinese-speaking clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
· Address, report and resolve any issues promtly that may impact sales performance. Provide insights to tailor sales and marketing strategies. Represent the company at industry events, meetings and conferences.
· Prepare presentation monthly and quarterly sales reports to manager and investors.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Chinese language business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
Experience
· Sales experience in Renewable Energy preferable
· +1year experiencein sales or business development roles.
· Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
· Ability to adapt to the company’s culture effectively and lead other teams.
· Intermediate Computer Skills including typing, Excel, Word, Outlook.
