Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential customers to identify new business through different sources:
- BDR Lead: Proactive create and find leads by different campaigns and research
- GMS’ passive channels: hotline, email, social channels: web, facebook fanpage, linkedin fanpage…
- Brand Lead: Actively connect with Brand BDR to get lead
Qualifying Leads: assess the potential of leads by determining whether they meet specific criteria and are likely to benefit from the company's offerings. This qualification process helps prioritise leads for the sales team.
Appointment Setting: responsible for scheduling appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings between potential customers and the sales team

Reporting and Analytics: track and analyze data related to lead generation and conversion rates.

Bachelor in Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent and have a desire to develop a career in the business field.
At least 5 years experience in a BDR, sales position or telesales/inside sales position with proven track records (lead, business generation, conversion rate) in IT industry
Understand market, IT industry dynamic and financial services segment
Product & services: deep understanding about Google Cloud, Salesforces, Oracle, AWS or similar product/ solution
