1. Business Operations Management:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring operational strategies to optimize business efficiency
- Ensure business activities are conducted according to established processes and achieve high performance
- Build and optimize operational systems to ensure flexibility and efficiency.
2. Business Development:
- Propose and execute business plans to expand the market and increase revenue
- Manage relationships with strategic partners, key clients, and suppliers
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to provide appropriate business proposals.
3. Performance Analysis and Management:
- Establish performance metrics (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of business activities
- Provide regular reports on business performance and propose improvement solutions.
4. Business Operations Team Management:
- Lead, train, and develop the business operations team
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and regulations.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure business activities comply with legal requirements and company policies
- Manage operational risks and propose mitigation and prevention solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant international certifications.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in business operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management position.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using analytical and planning tools.
- Proficiency in both English (spoken and written).
