1. Import

• Prepare all required information, document and data for logistics operation to create and process the order include but not limited to: duty & tax, custom documents, broker information and related agreements.
• Work with purchasing team to confirm booking completion and on-time capacity as well as collect the related documents for shipping and custom clearance.
• Work closely with forwarder / Customs Clearance / Trucking / Domestic Warehousing Partner for smooth operation, update other internal departments and external customer.
• Manage Broker and Warehouse overall and step-by-step performance and work with them for improvement plan and as well as prepare the back-up plan.
• Solving ad-hoc issue during and after order delivery.
• Update order status and documentation on ERP and other internal system
• Work closely with the broker & warehouse capacity, build a win-win approach to develop a solution for supply chain requirements and issue.
• Checking import documents (Invoice, Packing List, bill and etc…)
• Send import document to out broker for custom clearance.

2. Export

• Check price when create invoice on ERP
• Work with nominated Forwarder to get BK
• Follow export booking status, send export document customs procedure.
• Arrange truck with Forwarder for loading.
• Follow up loading.
• Prepare document to make C.O.
• Send draft / final document to customer.

3. Other Logistic Job

• Create sample invoice on ERP
• Create online bill (UPS, DHL, FedEx, SF and etc…) & place booking.
• Sending shipping document for relevant team.
• Check documents.
• Create payment request for shipping / logistic relevant cost and submit for approval.
• Contact with our forwarder to get quotation & shipping schedule.
• Follow up import shipment.
• Place booking for pick up the package in domestic.
• Co-operate with other department to get information about export shipment.
• Operate ERP system module for shipping data (Like VISA module), and create invoice and packing list for delivery goods.

4. Execute or and complete other tasks which are not listed in above Job Description assigned by line manager or supervisor.

• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics field (EPE is priority).
• Language skill: Good at English
• MOS(Word, Excel, Power Points) and ERP software operating skill.
• Teamwork
• Other skills: communication,Project / Time management, problem solving skill.
