Prepare relevant materials for career exploration programs for instructors and students.
Monitor students’ participation and experiences, addressing inquiries from instructors, students, and parents.
Assist in career experience sessions and project implementation, both online and in person, including:
- Preparing materials and necessary tools for projects.
- Taking student attendance.
- Setting up equipment and classroom decorations.
- Managing platforms related to the class.
- Providing in-class support when needed.
Collect and analyze feedback from instructors and students after each session, proposing solutions to improve program quality.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Director.

Experience in Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to work on weekends and weekday evenings as needed.
