Responsibilities for Client Advisory - Customer Service Specialist

Product Consultation:
Provide detailed information about high-end fashion products.
Assist customers in selecting products and creating a positive shopping experience.
Feedback and Integration:
Respond to customer messages and feedback through Facebook/Instagram and related platforms.
Listen to and professionally handle customer feedback and complaints promptly to achieve maximum satisfaction.
Continuously monitor to timely adjust any issues arising during the customer's use of products/services.
Order Management:
Track and update the status of customer orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled on time.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain customer relationships, identifying their needs and desires to provide personalized service.
Work closely with product and inventory departments to ensure a smooth customer service process.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and report performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, providing suggestions for service improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in a secretarial or customer service role in the aesthetics and fashion industry.

Graduated from vocational school, college, or university, with a preference for majors related to business, marketing, or fashion.

Proficient computer skills (WORD – EXCEL).
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and handle situations skillfully.
Experience in customer service, particularly in the luxury fashion industry, is an advantage.
Support related departments in monthly account reconciliation.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

80% salary, ranging from 8.000.000 - 15.000.000 VNĐ, finalized based on interview performance

(No commission applies during the probation period; the commission will be added to the third month's salary.)

Commission based on revenue and targets, minimum 1% .
Health insurance after 6 months of employment.
Working hours:

Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM ( or change of shifts)

Flexibility in managing time to address client service demands efficiently and ensure client satisfaction outside standard working hours when necessary.
