1. Client Support

• Provide translation service support to clients, trouble-shooting where necessary
• Over the phone and face to face onthe company’s translation service
  Provide significant support to Client SupportSupervisor to implementSTAR Vietnam’s technical translation services to existing and newcooperate clients and manage any issues that may arise with existing clients and partners, which may require face-to-face prospect/client visits, running webinars, etc.
• Overall responsibility for the administration ofthe Client Support& Business Development Division
  Plus a number of other tasks, including opportunities to assist on special projects
  2. Business Development
• Plan and carry out market research,customer and competitor surveys/marketing activities/ salesprospecting/monitoring & follow-up towards direct salesto agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales ...(principally direct mail/ telemarketing/Direct participation inNetworking/ Seminars/ Workshops/ Exhibitionsand customer visits etc… towardssales prospects.
• Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts by main market sector and STAR Vietnam's technical translation services.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
• Weekly marketing activities /Monthly sales forecasting and reporting.
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
