Mô tả công việc

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the coal trading sector.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies in Vietnam.
Build and maintain relationships with Vietnamese suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor global and regional coal market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and price movements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management, operations, and finance, to optimize trading performance.
Manage trading risks through hedging strategies and portfolio diversification.
Ensure timely execution and delivery of contracts.
Prepare reports and presentations on market analysis, trading performance, and forecasts.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in coal trading, commodities trading, or related industries, preferably in Vietnam.
Strong knowledge of global and Vietnam’s coal markets, pricing mechanisms, and trade regulations.
Proven track record of successful trading and business development.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Experience with risk management tools and hedging strategies.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
