The Concierge Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the concierge team to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. This position involves coordinating guest services, handling guest requests, and providing a personalized experience while leading the concierge team to deliver exceptional service in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train the concierge team to ensure they provide excellent service to guests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Guest Assistance: Handle complex or VIP guest requests, making personalized recommendations, booking transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other activities.
- Coordination & Communication: Work closely with other departments, such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Security, to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service.
- Guest Experience Management: Monitor guest interactions, ensuring that all requests are addressed promptly and with a high level of professionalism.
- Problem Solving: Handle any guest complaints or issues in a calm and efficient manner, ensuring that all concerns are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Service Development: Regularly review and update the concierge offerings to ensure guests have access to the latest and most exciting activities, dining, and cultural experiences in Ha Long Bay and beyond.
- Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest requests, preferences, and services provided, ensuring a smooth handover between shifts.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to team members on hospitality standards, local area knowledge, and service excellence.
