As a Site Operation Engineer, you will be the key coordinator for construction activities from the office, ensuring that the progress, quality, and cost of on-site execution are closely monitored and managed. You will work closely with construction teams, technical departments, procurement, and the client/consultants to ensure effective implementation.

1. Work Management

Develop and manage detailed work orders for each construction scope.

Create and monitor construction schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Prepare and review detailed construction drawings (Shop Drawings).

Break down work items into manageable work packages for efficient tendering and subcontracting.

Monitor and control subcontractor expenses (Subcontractor Expense Management).

Manage and track labor costs throughout the project.

Coordinate with site execution teams and relevant departments to ensure proper implementation aligned with the plan and required quality.

Monitor and verify actual construction volumes for handover, billing, and acceptance purposes.

Handle site issues and adjust construction plans in response to changes or instructions from site or client.

Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation for each work item in accordance with technical requirements.

2. Billing Management

Prepare progress claims based on actual site performance.

Coordinate with the client/consultants to defend and finalize progress claims in accordance with the contract.

3. Construction Method Statements

Develop suitable construction method statements for each work item based on technical specifications and site conditions.

Coordinate with relevant parties to submit and defend method statements to the client/supervision consultant.
