ABOUT YOUR ROLE
You will manage the customer claims on quality issues from customers and will also be responsible for managing of claim information to SFDC and complete the claim process with credit notes. You will also maintain ISO 9001 & FSC Certification.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Responsible for customer claims on quality issues from customers.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
3 years of experience in the QA field managing Customer claims.
Hands on experience in ISO is a must, experience in ISO9001 is preferred
Experience in FSC is preferred
Experience in paper/film/packaging industry is preferred
Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred.
Thoroughly knowledgeable on database administration and systems testing and auditing processes.
