Triage, prioritize, and respond to incoming support tickets in accordance with established SLAs. Escalate issues when appropriate and ensure clear documentation of triaging steps taken.
Provide tier 1 support troubleshooting customer queries related to transaction results.
Complete backend account configuration tasks with attention to detail
Perform data source & customer performance monitoring
Ability to think critically, troubleshoot proactively, and solve complex customer problems.
Assist in initial investigation steps during incidents by gathering relevant logs, metrics, or client information to support resolution efforts.
Perform due diligence on new and existing accounts to ensure all client accounts are in accordance with the Compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct ‘four eyes’ quality assurance checks for account setups before live access is given to customers.

Speaking English fluently is not required, but reading and writing comprehension skill is a must-have
Written and verbal fluency Mandarin required
Strong aptitude with an ability to learn new technologies quickly
Available to work flexible hours/shifts and statutory holidayswhen needed
Meticulous attention to detail
Capability to excel in a data-driven, metrics-oriented environment
Having experience in support or administrative role
At least 1 year of experience is required.
