Project coordination, consult for best practices & market standard to facilitate process documentation & sign-off by stakeholders.
GAP/Impact analysis for to-be vs as-is process.
End-to-end testing (end user testing, hotfix testing, ...).
Train the trainer & build knowledge base/transfer.
Process & System champion & support for hyper-care.

Must have FMCG domain, system related DMS/TPM/etc.
Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or system implementation within FMCG or similar industries.
Project Deployment Coordination: Take the lead in connecting stakeholders to ensure project implementation is both timely and aligned with quality expectations.
Process Consultation: Provide strategic guidance on best practices and market standards to support the design, documentation, and stakeholder approval of operational workflows.
GAP and Impact Analysis: Conduct comparative analysis between current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes to identify critical gaps and assess business impacts.
Integrated Testing Involvement: Participate in end-to-end testing cycles—including UAT, hotfix verifications, and real-world scenario simulations—to ensure functional and process readiness.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate "Train the Trainer" sessions and contribute to building knowledge repositories, support documentation, and system guides.
Hyper-care Support: Serve as the process and system expert during the post go-live stabilization phase, providing frontline support and resolving arising operational issues swiftly.

Be provided with the necessary information, tools, and resources to successfully complete the tasks.
Have the right to request assistance and collaborate with other departments within the Company during the course of the work.
Be authorized to access the required information and databases to effectively perform the assigned tasks.
