As a Cambridge summer teacher, you will be responsible for the following:

Teach in-person classesat centers as assigned by the manager.
Conduct intake interviewswith parents and students to assess their levels and learning needs.
Support and care for students: Ensure that the students under your responsibility are taught using appropriate methods and make progress throughout the course.
Ensure teaching quality: Monitor the students' progress and make necessary adjustments to the teaching methods to ensure their improvement.
Participate in other professional activitiesas assigned by the manager, including meetings, sharing teaching methods, and supporting extracurricular events.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1 years of experienceteaching primary school students, Cambridge programs, and preparing students for YLE exams.
Familiar with modern teaching methodsand continuously updated with new teaching strategies.
Bachelor's degree in English EducationorEnglish Language.
TESOLorIELTS certificationis a plus.
Basic computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualifications

College/University graduate
IELTS 7.0 + or equivalent
Ability to work in start-up environment
Teaching and/or tutoring experience
Growth mindset and love new challenges
Available with working eveningsand weekends
Fluent Vietnamese speaking
