Summary of Role:

Support the execution of casino promotions and events.
Assisting in the development of marketing communication materials and providing hands-on support during event and/or promo implementation.
Will work closely with the Senior Manager for Casino Marketing and Communications to ensure promotional messages are delivered clearly and campaigns are executed smoothly across applicable channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications:

Assist in writing and proofreading SMS, email, in-app, and other promotional content.
Help create engaging visuals and copy for KVs, digital screens, brochures, website, and other types of promotional material.
Coordinate with destination marketing, with P&E team, and any other business unit to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and engagement.

Promotions and Event:

Help plan and execute marketing campaigns for casino events and promotions.
Assist in logistics coordination and be present on-site during key events.
Support in preparing event materials, briefing documents, and checklists.
Liaise with internal teams and assist in smooth rollout of promo mechanics, events and activities.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or event support role (casino or hospitality experience a plus).
Strong writing, copy editing, and communication skills in English (other languages such as Korean or Chinese are a plus).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
A creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for visuals, copy, and campaign concepts.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) an advantage.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays during promotions and events.
Team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
