Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Finance Director (Manufacturing, Open for Korean, 00, ID14916)

Create and implement a strategic plan that is both clear and successful for the manufacturing facility, align it with the company's overall objectives and financial goals
Manage the plant's finances in all its forms, including financial reporting, cost control, forecasting, and budgeting.
Oversee and improve production processes with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.
Create and manage a high-achieving management team by encouraging a collaborative, responsible, and innovative culture.
Oversee the supply chain to guarantee prompt manufacturing, inventory management, and effective logistics.
Take proactive steps to detect and reduce hazards that could affect the plant's capacity to operate or its ability to make money.
Create and put into action risk management plans.
Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, government authorities, and local communities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
At least 5 years of working experience in the same position at manufacturing companies
Fluent in English
