Mô tả công việc

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for Agile development teams.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and milestones.
Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business improvement.
Maintain detailed documentation, including requirement specs, process flows, and project updates.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
Driven to grow in analytical thinking & problem solving.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willing to adapt with changes.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), wireframing tools, and process modeling techniques.
