• Oversee general ledger of two legal entities
• Manage month-end closing and year-end closing
• Handle monthly consolidated PL reports and operational PL reports by channel
• Handle account payable and staff’s expense claim. Manage actual cost vs. Approved budget.
• Process weekly payment and manage bank accounts & cards
• Set up and support POS issues at retail stores
• Handle periodic tax declation and payment of VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT, Business license tax, import tax
• Manage fixed asset depreciation and cost allocation
• Review and manage contract related to expenses
• Coordinate in cross-checking C&B with HR
• File documents of expenses
