Warmly welcome and check in VIP guests, repeat guests, and special request guests.
Act as the main point of contact for guest needs throughout their stay.
Assist guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain detailed guest profiles to support personalized service.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest expectations are met.
Prepare welcome letters, amenities, and room inspections for VIP guests.
Conduct courtesy calls and collect guest feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Support the Front Desk with check-in/check-out when needed.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles (hotel experience is preferred).
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Pleasant, professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
