- Responsible for ensuring that all matters related to guest satisfaction are monitored and addressed in a timely manner.

- Promptly record guest feedback, apologize for any negative experiences, and coordinate with relevant departments or report to the direct supervisor/department head for further instructions.

- Plan and implement strategies to increase revenue, introduce guests to current programs and services of the resort, and boost departmental and overall resort revenue.

- Act as a coordinator between Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are prepared according to standard procedures and ready for guest arrival.

- Maintain relationships with existing guests and introduce ongoing promotions and programs offered by the resort.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
