-Promptly record guest feedback, apologize for any negative experiences, and coordinate with relevant departments or report to the direct supervisor/department head for further instructions.
-Plan and implement strategies to increase revenue, introduce guests to current programs and services of the resort, and boost departmental and overall resort revenue.
-Act as a coordinator between Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are prepared according to standard procedures and ready for guest arrival.
-Maintain relationships with existing guests and introduce ongoing promotions and programs offered by the resort.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience: Preferably at least one year of experience in a similar position.
Skills: Familiarity with Smile software is required.
Language: Proficiency in English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Teamwork: Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and foster a collaborative team spirit as part of the company culture.
