Welcome and assist guest
Answer incoming/outgoing calls, response emails
Proceed standard Check-in/Check-out procedure
Receive and create new reservations on management system
Operate OTAs regarding room occupancy, room rate, booking details, guest request via message/email
Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, check-cashing procedure, perform cashiering tasks
Address guest special inquiry, complaints in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with housekeeping in keeping room status up to date
Maintain neatness and cleanliness of lobby area
Update all important information related to guest stay in log book
Other tasks by Supervisor

Relevant experience at least 6 months is an advantage (applicants with no experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided)
Good English communication skills are an advantage
Energetic, multi-tasking, hard-working, detailed oriented, team-work
