To report for duty 10 minutes before the shift and in the manner specified i.e. well groomed, clean uniform, personal hygiene etc.
To attend daily briefing before the shift
To read the reservation book daily and inform supervisor, captain all the booking of the day and the day after.
To be responsible for greeting the guest, ensure that the feel welcomed and remembered
To escort and sit the guests in their favorite area
To present menu, drink list, introduce daily special/ promotion
To take care of the menu/ drink list/ reservation book presentable
To answer all telephone calls and handle all messages, reservations and enquiries accordingly

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Native Vietnamese, good English.
1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
Excellent customer service, communication and problem-handling skills
