1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and issuing offer letters.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and prepare necessary documents for new hires.
• Maintain candidate and recruitment tracking systems.

2. C&B

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of compulsory insurance (Social, Health, Unemployment) as per government regulations.
• Manage personal income tax (PIT) declarations, finalizations, and related employee documentation.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance for monthly salary reports and payment processing.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update employee records in both hard copy and digital formats.
• Prepare labor contracts, appendices, decisions, and other HR documents.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company regulations.
• Assist with labor inspection or audits when required.

4. Employee Engagement & Internal Communication

• Support in planning and executing engagement activities: birthdays, internal events, team buildings.
• Collect employee feedback and contribute ideas for improving workplace satisfaction and culture.

5. Performance & Training Support

• Assist in organizing performance review cycles and compiling evaluation results.
• Coordinate internal/external training sessions and track training records.
