About us:

ICTS is a Vietnam-based software development boutique that focuses on cutting-edge technologies. We specialize in custom software for companies who wish to optimize their productivity, digitize their workflow, or develop their e-commerce division. We also build mobile and web applications for SMBs (small and medium businesses) and Startups, helping them boost their revenues or visualize their idea into minimum viable and scalable products.

What you will do:

Recruitment: Receive and analyze recruitment requests, prepare job descriptions, job posting, screen CVs, schedule interviews, support candidate follow-up, etc.
Employer Branding (EB): Write content, design images and videos, etc.
Internal Communication (IC): Support organizing internal events, write content, design images for internal sharing purposes, etc.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

3rd or 4th-year student majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, etc., with a strong passion for the HR field.
Good English skills (all 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management in general and Recruitment in particular.
Previous recruitment experience is an advantage.
Able to use basic design/editing tools for images.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proactive and creative at work.
Integrity, straightforwardness, passion for challenges, and clear personal development goals.
Available for full-time work. For students, the company allows 1–2 days off per week for attending classes (must work at least 8 shifts/week).
Must have a personal laptop.
Internship period: 6 months.
