Identify, evaluate, and partner with the right KOLs/KOCs for BB Lab and Face Republic, ensuring that collaborations align with brand values and marketing goals.
Negotiate and finalize contracts to execute impactful campaigns within the allocated budget
Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs/KOCs, fostering long-term partnerships that enhance brand credibility and engagement.
Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
Stay ahead of industry trends: Continuously monitor developments in the cosmetics, health, and beauty sectors to integrate fresh insights into BB Lab and Face Republic’s marketing strategies.
Conduct competitor analysis: Identify key market players, assess their marketing approaches, and study their KOL/KOC strategies to uncover opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and in a team
Good time management
Quick and honest
High sense of responsibility, meticulous and careful in work.
Related fields of study such as Marketing & E-commerce, Marketing ... is an advantage
Have personal laptops
Required: Medium-level English proficiency
Plus: Korean proficiency

Compensation:

Monthly alowance: 1.5m VND / month + 500K (Lunch money) VND / month
Internship Certificate: An official stamped internship certificate will be provided upon completion of the internship.
