Install, configure, and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile/landline phones, and other related devices.
Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues to internal staff.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and oversee routine maintenance of all equipment.
Coordinate with external vendors for purchasing, warranty claims, repairs, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Ensure all systems and devices are secure, regularly updated, and compliant with company IT policies.
Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including setup and retrieval of employee devices and access.
Keep accurate records of asset assignments, device usage, and support activities.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 02 years with hands-on experience in IT support roles
Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft Office suite, and basic networking concepts.
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
Basic English communication skills (spoken and written) are preferred.
A customer-focused mindset and responsiveness to technical support requests.
