IT Specialist

The selected person will report directly to the General Manager and is responsible for administer and manage IT systems, ensuring seamless and stable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT systems/services on Windows Server platforms, including:
  • Fund management software systems
  • Office 365 (Exchange Online)
  • Antivirus/malware endpoint protection for servers and workstations
  • Windows Server operating systems across all application servers
• Perform IT system administration and operational tasks, such as:
  • Managing permission groups and user access
  • Troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and ensure fast resolution
  • Backing up, storing, and restoring data, system configurations, and application versions
  • Researching, recommending, and optimizing configurations to enhance system performance
  • Applying security patches, updates, and software upgrades as required
• Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for the management and operation of IT systems.
• Leverage strong networking expertise to support application integration and IT system transitions.

Collaboration & Stakeholders

Internal:

• Work closely with functional departments and subsidiaries within the Group
• Report to the IT Department Manager

External:

• Liaise with external partners, vendors, and banks to ensure smooth IT operations
