Event Execution & Stakeholder Management
- Plan, organize, and execute offline/online events, pop-up activations, and marketing roadshows.
- Serve as the key communication point with partners (brands, government, landlords) to secure venues, permits, and sponsorships.
- Coordinate with HQ for branding guidelines, product information, and marketing approvals.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and implement content strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create or supervise the creation of compelling social posts, videos, and product features tailored to the art toy audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Marketing Budget Allocation & Management
- Establish, track, and optimize marketing budgets for various campaigns (event costs, advertising spend, influencer partnerships).
- Negotiate with vendors, landlords, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions that align with brand standards.
- Provide periodic performance reports, analyzing ROI and recommending adjustments to achieve marketing targets.
Art Toy Industry Insights & Brand Promotion
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and fan communities within the art toy industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design creative marketing initiatives that capture fans’ attention and drive sales.
- Propose innovative ideas for limited editions, product launches, and collaborations that will resonate with collectors.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Merchandising, Design) and external partners (influencers, creative agencies).
- Produce regular reports (weekly/monthly) on campaign performance, event outcomes, and budget utilization.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management and social media strategy.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for working with government entities, landlords, partner brands, and HQ.
Demonstrated proficiency in content creation (written and visual) and knowledge of major social media platforms.
Experience in budget allocation and marketing ROI analysis.
Familiarity or strong interest in the art toy industry, with an ability to create campaigns that appeal to collectors and fans.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and manage deadlines effectively.
