2. Host training and management: Provide systematic training, including LIVE skills, content creation, fan interaction, etc., as well as daily management, to ensure that hosts can conduct LIVE professionally and efficiently.

3. Host image packaging and promotion: Through orchestrated packaging and promotional activities, enhance the exposure and influence of the host, help the host attract more fans and attention.

4. Handle technical and operational issues: provide technical support and operational services to ensure that technical issues encountered by hosts during the LIVE process can be resolved in a timely manner, and assist hosts in participating in platform activities to strive for more promotion opportunities.

5. Based on the company's business needs, responsible for LIVE's content operation, copywriting planning, and overall brand activity plan design, promoting the smooth implementation of the business.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in operating an Internet MCN agency.

2. Good at communication and collaboration, with management experience in user segmentation and incentive design.

3. Understand the LIVE operation process and rules, pay attention to the development trend of the LIVE industry, have a clear understanding of mainstream LIVE forms and gameplay, possess good business sensitivity and user empathy, understand user purchasing decisions and entertainment ideas.

4. Responsible for planning and promoting various activities between LIVE, including important marketing events and daily activity planning of the company, with the ability to output and write plans.
