• Reserve services from suppliers for each booking.

• Communicate with Sales Teams to ensure smooth Operations and Reservations.

• Provide feedback and coach: guides, vehicles, and suppliers to minimize complaints and our environmental impacts.

• Discuss with our supplier about our responsible tourism commitments and requirements.

• Attend scheduled meetings with the Operations Team.

• Raise hot issues...

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 1 year of experience in the same position.

• Good command of verbal & written English. Chinese is a plus.

• Experience in travel company and operations tasks.

• Interest and/or experience in the travel industry.

• Understand about sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.

• Detail-oriented and service-minded.

• Good communication and execution skills.
