1. Merchandise Planning & Stock Management (40%)

Develop bottom-up product plans, setting inventory, volume, and margin targets based on product direction of Team Lead
Track stock levels, manage markdowns, and optimize stock turnover to meet financial goals.
Work with allocators to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.

2. Production & Supply Chain Coordination (40%)

Monitor the critical path, tracking production timelines and resolving supply chain issues
Ensure smooth product flow by collaborating with suppliers and internal teams

3. Reporting & Performance Analysis (20%)

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, stock performance, and markdown efficiency
Provide data-driven insights to improve inventory control and profitability

Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customer needs and purchasing behavior to develop effective merchandising strategies.
Trend Sensitivity: Stay updated on youth fashion trends to ensure product selections resonate with target customers – Gen Z.
Systematic & Logical Thinking: Apply a structured and analytical approach to merchandising, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Supplychain and Store teams to optimize product performance across different channels.
Adaptability & Learning Mindset: Open to learning and growing within a dynamic fashion environment, with an initial two-week focus on systematic merchandising
