Job description:
Customer Development & Relationship Management:
- Identify and develop new customers in target industries such as HVAC, manufacturing, and refrigeration.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions to improve satisfaction.
Technical Sales Support:
- Work closely with customers’ technical teams to understand their requirements and recommend the most suitable products or solutions.
- Support the sales process by preparing technical proposals, quotations, and participating in contract discussions.
Market Research & Sales Strategy:
- Gather market and competitor insights to support business planning.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and other events to promote the brand and expand market reach.
Job requirements:
Education and Major:
- A college degree or higher is required. Preferred fields of study include HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally involving industrial or technical products such as HVAC systems or machinery. Experience working with clients in the local Vietnamese market—such as factories, contractors, or distributors—is a strong advantage.
Skills Requirement:
- Technical Skills: Ability to quickly grasp product specifications and provide basic technical support.
- Sales Skills: Strong skills in customer negotiation, relationship management, and project follow-up. Proven experience in independently acquiring and managing large clients.
- Market Research: Capable of conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
- Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for effective business communication.
- Tool Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office software.
Personal Qualities:
- Results-driven, with the ability to perform under pressure and adapt to frequent business travel.
- Strong market awareness and a collaborative team spirit.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: 9,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month + commission, depending on experience. (Candidates with HVAC or technical backgrounds are preferred.)
KPI Bonus: Based on individual and team performance.
13th-Month Bonus: Guaranteed after 1 year of employment, regardless of company revenue.
Tet Bonus: Based on company performance.
