Make procurement plan for the assigned items and report to team leader the best way to ensure expense within the budget andmeet production plan & delivery schedule to customer
Purchasing goods, materials, sub materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
Impliment the order, update schedule, document, contract for input and solve the non confirmativegoods with related parties
Ensure matching documents for declaration Customs and payment to suppliers
Impliment : Supplier selection./Supplier registration,supplier review, purchase result, procurement quality, 4M change from supplier, 4M change from NMV related to improvement with supplier
Maintain supplier contracts, item specifications and related document of chemical controled
Perform other tasks upon Team Leader, Assistant Manager Manager’s request.

- University graduation in ỉnternational trade or economics fields;

- Good command of English; Japanese language proficiency is preferred;

- Have at least 03 years in Planning & Purchasing position at manufacturing company;

- Good adapting, strong numerical and analytical skills;

- Hardworking, honest, willing to work in manufacturing company;

- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, internet for sourcing).

100% salary for 02-month probation period;
