Job Description:

Handle daily petty cash and online bank payment.
Manage petty cash and bank accounts and preform regular bank reconciliation.
Ensure the accuracy of all payment records and prepare relevant accounting entries accounts in the system.
Prepare cashflow reports and ensure proper fund management.
Prepare vouchers for payment orders, other A/P orders, receipt orders, other A/R orders, receipt refund orders, payment refund orders, bank transfer orders, and foreign exchange purchase orders in the ERP cashier management system.
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, typing, filing, handling enquiries and other clerical duties.
Adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.

Perform other clerical works and duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirement:

Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines;
Proficient in PC knowledge including, Microsoft Excel & Words and Accounting software.
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
