Mô tả công việc

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications

- Organize and maintain office records and filing systems

- Perform general clerical duties and office errands

- Create and maintain internal databases and information systems

- Coordinate events, teacher schedules, and meetings

- Support the CEO with marketing campaigns, office and staff management

- Oversee PR activities, manage our website, Facebook, and other communication channels

- Interact and liaise with customers, students, suppliers, and partners

- Provide weekly reports to the CEO

- Assist with various school-wide activities and operations

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or current 4th-year student (preferred majors: English Linguistics, Marketing, Business Administration)

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Friendly, warm personality with excellent interpersonal skills

- Honest, responsible, and self-motivated

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Open to learning new skills and taking on new challenges

- Must have own transportation and be comfortable attending external meetings

- Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, or Chinese) is a plus but not a requirement
