• Minimum 3+ years of experience in partner management, OTA operations, or hospitality support.
• Experience working with hotel extranet systemsis a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in OTA extranet tools, channel managers, and property management systems (PMS/CM).
• Fluent in English
