Job Description:
The People Services Operation Executive ensures the effective administration of HR policies, procedures, and practices, contributing to a positive employee experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.

1. HR Administration:
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HRIS data integrity, and

At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in speaking and writing English
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in SuccessFactors is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Possess excellent customer service and good collaboration with other teams.

• Be Tier 1 to manage and respond to HR-related inquiries/request and provide
guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

2. Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for streamlining HR processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with HR leadership.
• Assist with the integration of HR systems and tools.

3. Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure HR process executions are in compliance with local law and company regulations.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
• Assist with audits and compliance reviews.

4. HR Projects:
• Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Support People team in special projects and tasks.
