1. Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive unit plans, lesson plans, and extra resources based on curriculum standards and student needs.

• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional needs.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.

• Assign homework, prepare and grade tests/assessments/exams, document progress, and give feedback to students based on school requirements.

• Incorporate technology tools and use school platforms effectively.

• Identify and address learning gaps through targeted interventions and differentiated instruction.

• Plan and organize classroom events, field trips, and co-curricular activities that enhance the learning experience.

• Build strong relationships with parents to support students’ overall development.

• Regularly update student progress, behavior, and classroom activities through meetings, emails, and newsletters.

• Facilitate student-led conferences to promote reflective learning. If needed, host parent-teacher conferences to discuss achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement.

• Conduct home visits to strengthen school-family partnerships at least once a year.

• Work closely with colleagues to align lesson plans and share best practices for effective teaching.

• Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.

• Participate in regular performance appraisals and reflective teaching.
