Mô tả công việc

Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and gathering insights from customers and non-customers.
Driving solution development across teams by aligning market requirements, product contracts, and positioning strategies.
Demonstrating high-level critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for both new and existing products.
Analyzing potential partnerships and collaborations that could benefit product development.
Coordinating and building strong working relationships with internal teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations.
Leading the development, approval, training, and communication of new products and product changes, ensuring all internal teams are aware of customer, operational, system, and process impacts.
Developing and conducting specialized training programs for newly launched products, enhancing awareness and application of relevant knowledge.
Monitoring internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness before and after product launches or changes.
Providing support for other departmental projects as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Good communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
At least 1 year of experience as a Product Developer in Travel companies.
