- Sourcing products & services to meet price target & quality standard
- Checking import/ export policies and other expenses related to purchasing process to ensure the purchasing activities meet company’s target in term of lead time, standardization, quantity, quality, budget and profit rate
- Processing customers’ orders and request for stocks
- Follow up pending PR & PO to ensure goods delivered on time
- Develop & manage product items for assigned category, customers
- Co-ordinate to Marketing team to understand Customers’ requirement
- Co-ordinate with other teams of the company and suppliers to make sure the projects run smoothly and the quality of service is as highest as possible
- Assure to comply all law provisions related to purchasing, both global and local
- Comply with Company’s anti-corruption and bribery policies
- Bachelor degree: Major in Economics/ Trade, Logistics, Purchasing, Foreign Languages (from top-ranked University is preferred) or related field
- Excellent in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced computer skills
- Good knowledge about Incoterms, international payment methods, procurement, customs procedure
- Prefer candidates with 1-2 years’ experience in the same position
- Fluent in English (Proficiency in Korean is a plus)
