【Job description (details)】
- Oversee quality control processes for plastic injection molding products
- Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards
- Analyze and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to maintain product quality
- Prepare and review quality reports and documentation
- Communicate with Japanese stakeholders regarding quality matters (with interpreter support if necessary)
- Other related tasks

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding quality control
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and production processes
- Ability to lead a small team and coordinate quality-related tasks
- Japanese N3 Basic
