To be responsible for the products quality at supplier sides, including supplier’s quality system audit and monitor the applications of L&E QMS procedures in order to ensure that the supplier’s product quality control is complied with our requirements.

To be assisted to handle the customer’s negative feedbacks on L&E products and services.
