Product Expertise:
Learn and understand the company’s products to confidently advise customers.
Customer Management:
Support and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Seek and build relationships with new clients.
Sales Process:
Discuss and negotiate pricing & contracts.
Finalize deals and assist in contract signing.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly and sales reports.
Order Monitoring:
Track customer orders monthly and quarterly as agreed.
Internal Coordination:
Work closely with relevant departments for smooth operations
Education:University or college degree.
Experience:
2+ years in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical).
Experience in the construction industry is essential.
Skills:
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.
Flexible work schedule (evenings/weekends if needed).
Willingness to travel and support customers outside of normal hours.
Income: From 18 to 20 million VND
Bonus: Project-based commission, holiday and Tet bonuses
13th Month Salary: Depending on the company's business performance
