- Follow and set up the relationship with current company’s customer.
- Contact with China factory about: quotation,sampling request, Order, delivery time.
- Support Sales team to follow the process from inquiry to get the payment from customer.
- Response customer in time about products and Services.
- Handle with customer’s complains.
- Monitor document file in company.
- Report to the Manager.
- Working time: 8am to 5pm, 1 hour for lunch break, from Monday to Friday and Saturday Morning.
